Besides it has to be stressed that we do not assert any claim of copyright for individual poems, sayings, quotes and other texts. We do though assert a claim of copyright for our entire poetry archive and collection, its style, structure and design.
To the best of our knowledge, all poems, sayings, quotes and other texts published on this website refer to the fair use of copyright law. If you do have the suspicion or believe that any poem, saying, quote or any other text violates a copyright you hold or represent, we will remove it upon notification pending good-faith resolution of any dispute.
Furthermore we would like to point out that we do not assume responsibility for any errors or mistakes either in the poems, sayings, quotes or other texts themselves, or possibly incorrect attributions.

Registration. All users of PoemsandLovePoems.com do have the possibility to register with an individual nickname in the community und protect it with a password. Besides the user is also obligated to confirm a valid e-mail address. If we do have any doubts regarding the correctness of any user’s data, we reserve the right to demand a special confirmation or remove the user from the community.

Submission and Publication of Poems, Sayings and Quotes. In the course of the submission and publication of a poem, saying or quote, the respective user / author / poet assures that the poem, saying or quote is his or her own intellectual property. So he or she ensures that by means of the publication of a poem, saying or quote he or she does not violate the copyright of any other person. Strictly speaking every user, author and poet of this website bears sole responsibility for all content created by him or her in the community. The website PoemsandLovePoems.com is not required to examine and check users’ contents regarding legality. Illegal contents are those which fail to comply with morality or violate general ethical, intellectual, commercial and other rights, especially copyrights, trademark laws as well as general personal rights.

Commenting Poems, Sayings and Quotes. As already mentioned before every user and member bears sole responsibility for all content created by him or her within the community. ‘Content’ does not refer only to submitted and published poems, sayings and quotes, but also to written comments on poems, sayings and quotes of other authors. The website PoemsandLovePoems.com is not required to examine and check users’ comments regarding legality. Illegal comments are those which fail to comply with morality or violate general ethical, intellectual, commercial and other rights, especially personal rights.

Age. In case of registering at our website, the user assures that he has already reached the age of 13.

Community. The community is for every user and visitor free of charge. Any possible future fee-based features will be marked as such. In this case the website is obliged to inform all registered users, authors and poets about such changes. The user is allowed to use all features of the community exclusively for private purpose. Consequently the commercial use of the community, e.g. in the form of advertisements, is to all intents and purposes forbidden. Furthermore it has to be stated that registered users and authors have no claim regarding a durable and everlasting use of our community.

Recommending a Poem / Saying / Quote to a friend. In the case of recommending a poem, saying or quote to a friend, we do ask for both your e-mail address and your friend’s. We assure that neither of these addresses is ever stored / saved on our system – apart from the few seconds it takes to send the poem, saying, quote to your friend – or given to any other third party.

Leaving membership. Every registered user on this website has the possibility to “leave” our community. Provided that a registered member informs us that he or she wishes to leave PoemsandLovePoems.com, all data (e-mail address, name, all published poems, sayings, quotes, comments, etc.) of the respective person will be cancelled and removed from our system and community. We assure that we will carry out this demand without asking for a reason.

Legal Disclaimer. Although we do not share any member or user data with any person, institution or third party, we would like to stress that if authorized courts demand this data, we will submit the requested data to them.
